Tammy Stahl: Executive Director Tstahl@hcchfindlay.org                              Tammy serves as the Executive Director of Christian Clearing House, bringing more than 15 years of dedicated leadership, experience, and a deep commitment to serving individuals and families throughout the Hancock County community.

In her role, Tammy provides overall leadership and direction for Christian Clearing House, overseeing the organization’s programs, operations, staff, partnerships, and long-term planning. Throughout her years of service, she has worked to strengthen CCH’s ability to respond to the changing needs of the community while ensuring that the organization remains focused on its mission and faithful stewardship of the resources entrusted to it.

Tammy holds many of Christian Clearing House’s programs near and dear to her heart, especially programs such as Project Happy Feet and Stuff the Bus. She is passionate about the impact these programs have on local children and families and loves seeing the community come together to make a difference. For Tammy, these programs are about more than providing needed items—they are about reminding people that their community cares and making sure families feel supported during times when they need it most.

When she’s not serving the community through CCH, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, especially relaxing by the pool and making memories together.

Heather Davis: Assistant Director hdavis@hcchfindlay.org                            Heather serves as the Assistant Director of Christian Clearing House, bringing more than 10 years of nonprofit experience and a deep commitment to serving individuals and families in the Hancock County community.

In her role, Heather is involved in the daily operations and leadership of Christian Clearing House, with responsibilities spanning financial management, program development, community outreach, partnerships, and organizational planning. She is passionate about making sure CCH’s programs are responsive to the needs of the community and that the organization’s resources are managed responsibly and effectively.

Heather believes that helping people through difficult seasons is about more than providing immediate assistance, it is about listening, treating every person with dignity, and connecting people with resources that can help them move forward. She values the relationships CCH has built throughout the community and is committed to strengthening those partnerships so that more people can receive the help they need.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, making memories.

Amy Clark: Client Services Coordinator   aclark@hcchfindlay.org                                   Amy is excited to join Christian Clearing House as the Client Service Coordinator, bringing a genuine passion for helping people and a strong desire to serve individuals and families in the community.

In her role, Amy focuses on connecting with clients, providing support, helping identify solutions, and making sure each person feels heard and valued. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and being someone others can count on during times when they need support. Amy is passionate about connecting people with resources and helping make their experience with CCH welcoming, compassionate, and encouraging.

She is excited to build new relationships throughout the community and contribute to the mission of Christian Clearing House.
